After Hours:

Our normal business hours are :

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. 

Saturday- 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (seasonal)

If  you have a question during normal business hours please call the office or use you patient portal, the nurse will answer your question in the order it was received.

If calling after office hours, please call the office number and your call will be forwarded to the answering service.  They will take the message and the on call provider will return your call as soon as possible.

Routine calls such as labs, refill, and referrals will only be handled during normal business hours.  You may send a request through your patient portal at any time, theses will be handled the next business day.  It is our policy to NOT refill any routine medication after hours.  If you are running low on a prescription medication, plan ahead.  If it has been a few months since your last visit, we may ask you to schedule an appointment.

 

Appointment notes:

We do our best to run on schedule, as we realize your time is valuable.

  • A parent/ guardian MUST be present at all well appointments and new patient visits.
  • Please be on time for your appointment.
  • Walk-in appointments are strongly discouraged. Same day visits for illnesses are available provided you phone first.
  • If you schedule a visit for one child, please bring that child only. If more than one child needs to be seen please inform our office in advance so that enough time is allotted for you.

 

Insurance/Payment Policy:

It is your responsibility to know all insurance benefits at the time of each visit. We may assist you on verifying benefits but are not held responsible if your insurance determines services rendered are not covered. Payment for services is expected at the time of your child's visit. This includes co-pays, co-insurance, deductible, and balance from prior visits. The accompanying parent/guardian or other adult is responsible for full payment and providing current insurance information.
