Vaccine Policy: This practice strongly believes in the importance of vaccinating your child. The immunization of children against a multitude of infectious agents is the most important health interventions of the 20th century.

Effective immediately, we will no longer accept new children whose parent won’t permit vaccinations. In addition, our physicians will be asking current families with unvaccinated children to talk about their immunization concerns and strongly encourage them to begin the catch-up schedule set forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Current families who do not wish to immunize their children according to CDC may be asked to find another provider.

Exceptions to this policy may be made for a documented allergy to substances in one or more of these vaccines, documented complex medical history suggesting poor response or reaction to vaccines or on the basis of a sincere and genuine religious belief prohibiting a particular immunization.
